1. We have resin sand and green sand in the sand casting lines for your different usage.
2. Materials:Gray iron, SG iron, iron alloy nickel bases and chrome bases, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, copper and stainless steel.
3. Weigh: 0.1 kgs - 30 tons.
Investment Casting
1. Processes: Colloidal silica Process; Complex Shell Process ; Water glass.
2. Materials: Any grade of stainless steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy steel, iron alloy nickel bases and chrome bases, copper, brass and aluminum or according the customer’s request to melt the material.
3. Weight: Colloidal silica Process :0.05kgs- 25kgs; water glass: 300kgs.
Centrifugal Casting
1. Materials:Carbon Steel, Stainless steel, Alloy steel and copper.
2. Max casting weight: 2000kgs.
3. Max casting length: 4000mm.
4. Max diameter: 1000mm
5. Min diameter: 80mm.
6. Min wall thickness: 8mm.
7. Assurance dimension’s precision : ±1.5mm.
8. Surface finish: Rust preventive, Painting, Galvanizing, and Powder coating.
